1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the document-organization sessions offered by Sundry Files ("we," "us," "our"). "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual booking or attending a session. "Content" means information, materials, or documents exchanged in connection with the Service. "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or attending a session with Sundry Files, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over with the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

3. Service Description

Sundry Files provides general document-organization and information-support sessions, including consultations, group workshops, and household sorting and indexing services. Our Service is currently offered within the Bangkok metropolitan area. We do not provide financial, legal, or medical advice of any kind.

4. User Accounts

Our Service does not currently require a user account. Bookings are made via our contact form or by phone, using information you provide directly.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session and to treat our organizers with respect during any visit. You remain responsible for decisions made regarding your own documents and records.

Prohibited activities include misrepresenting the purpose of a booking, requesting advice outside the organizational scope of our Service, or asking staff to make decisions on your behalf.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, and branding, remains the property of Sundry Files. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to view this content for personal, non-commercial use. Printed materials provided during workshops are for your personal reference only.

7. Payment Terms

Session prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) on our Solutions page: Quick Tidy Consultation ฿4,400, Records Overview Workshop ฿12,300, and Full Sort and Digital Index ฿32,500. Payment is arranged directly with our team at or before the session.

Cancellations made with reasonable notice may be eligible for rescheduling or refund at our discretion; please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

8. Service-Specific Terms

For multi-visit services such as the Full Sort and Digital Index, scope and scheduling are agreed with you before work begins. Any changes to scope during the engagement will be discussed and confirmed with you in advance.

9. Disclaimers

Our Service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any session. Sundry Files does not provide financial, legal, medical, or other professional advice; for such matters, please consult a qualified professional.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sundry Files' liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, except where such limitation is not permitted by law or in cases of events beyond reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Indemnification

You agree to hold Sundry Files harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Termination

Either party may cancel a booked session with reasonable notice. Provisions relating to liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination of any booking.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. We encourage resolving concerns informally by contacting us directly before pursuing formal proceedings. Any disputes not resolved informally fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

14. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sundry Files regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, indicated by a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
